Are you a trainee counsellor or psychotherapist looking for a high-quality voluntary placement? Are you newly qualified and ready to build the client hours you need towards accreditation? If you can commit to a minimum of one year, Centre of Change offers a supportive, community-based setting where you can develop your practice, work with a diverse client group, and make a meaningful difference—backed by a friendly, professional team.

We will helping you build the experience, confidence, and hours you need to progress towards accreditation.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with children, young people, and adults. We receive referrals through local councils and GPs, and we also deliver support within local schools — giving you valuable experience across a range of settings and client needs. We provide complimentary 1‑to‑1 supervision for all volunteers, along with a wide range of CPD opportunities —many of which are free of charge.
