Counselling
Centre of Change integrates BACP‑accredited counselling with life coaching, providing trauma‑informed mental health support for young people. Talking therapy helps them process anxiety, stress, low mood, depression, grief and identity issues, while coaching builds confidence, motivation and emotional regulation. This strengthens wellbeing, relationships and school engagement, clarifies goals, and builds resilience to manage transitions and sustain progress.
A safe, confidential, and non‑judgemental space to explore life’s most difficult challenges—and build the support and coping tools needed to move forward.
For young people (10–25) and families, Centre of Change provides safe, confidential, non‑judgemental counselling and mental health support. We help clients experiencing trauma, complex bereavement, anxiety, stress, low mood, emotional dysregulation, and school breakdown including exclusion. Through trauma‑informed talking therapy, we reduce distress, rebuild resilience, strengthen self‑esteem, and support empowerment and self‑acceptance.
