We are a team of counsellors, therapists and more who are always available to help those with any emotional or psychological issues that may disrupt daily life.

Mentoring

Mentoring and Life-coaching is also provided by skilled practitioners for those who need guidance and coaching to get the most out of life, but do not necessarily have mental health concerns.
