Wellbeing Café

South East Mental Health Action Group.

sometimes it starts with better connection and coordination.

Ideas discussed included:

• A shared monthly wellbeing calendar
• A WhatsApp group to promote local wellbeing activities and opportunities
• Community‑led mini initiatives that members are willing to champion

Most importantly, the group worked towards agreeing clear actions and identifying leads to carry momentum forward before the next meeting.

At Centre of Change, we believe collaboration is key. When organisations, volunteers and community leaders come together with purpose, real impact becomes possible.

This is how stronger, healthier communities are built, one practical step at a time.
