Come at 11 o’clock for our weekly mental health and well-being check-up chat, where you can take a little time to get any stress off your chest, provide a word of encouragement for others, or be a listening ear for the first 15 minutes before getting pumped up from 11.15 – 11.50 with some up tempo music. Be ready to bop and bounce around if you’re up to it, or take the more gentle route for your weekly dose of exercise.
You know your body and your needs best, so take it at your own pace.
