What is Counselling?

Are you feeling lost, confused or anxious? Are there parts of your life that are causing you distress?

Counselling offers a place where you can express your thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgemental environment. You will always be listened to, shown respect, empathy and warmth from us at the Centre of Change. By working together, we can help you feel more secure, confident and in control of your life and your decisions.

What is the benefit of counselling?

Counselling can help to break the negative behavioural patterns and empower individuals to seek positive personal growth and directions. What do the people who use our services think?

``Sarah’s approach towards my problems were what I required at the time. If I needed a more directive approach or more supportive it was used accordingly. To say she was patient is probably an understatement, but I never felt pressured. The sessions were always delivered at a pace I found comfortable I always felt that I could draw a close on a subject if I felt I needed to. If it was not for centre of change I would not have the confident to get a job. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who felt that they needed counselling, Sarah has a excellent, patient approach who makes you very much at ease``
