Our counsellors are carefully selected to reflect and represent our wonderfully unique Croydon community. Our team work non-judgementally, using their skills, knowledge and life experience to ensure clients feel heard and valued. Because we know each client is different, we can offer bespoke ways of working. All  major therapy modalities are offered: person-centred; humanistic; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Transactional Analysis (TA); Art therapy; hypnotherapy. Whilst some of the team are more specialised, the majority of our most experienced therapists tend to use an integrative approach, bringing a whole range of therapies into play  to create a bespoke therapeutic experience

Working with our youngest clients takes energy, enthusiasm and creativity. It is hard work but also gives immense satisfaction. Our dedicated mentors provide a range of support to our 10 – 18 year-old service users: emotional support; confidence-building; understanding healthy relationships and personal boundaries; exploring new skills and interests; planning for positive and successful futures; and much more. Our mentors have a wealth of life experience, are relatable and possess an abundance of patience. They have a real love of and dedication to the individual child or young person they are working with.
